Barga Group Attends WindEnergy Hamburg 2026
Barga Group attended WindEnergy Hamburg 2026, one of the leading international events for the wind energy industry, held in Hamburg from September 22 to 25.
The event provided Barga with an opportunity to strengthen its presence in the industry, meet directly with existing customers and explore new business and project opportunities.
A Meeting Point for the Wind Energy Industry
WindEnergy Hamburg brings together manufacturers, specialized suppliers, service providers and other companies from across the wind energy value chain every two years.
For Barga Group, this year’s event was primarily an opportunity to reconnect with customers and hold meetings with different industry stakeholders, including OEMs, welding service providers and existing suppliers.
Beyond the immediate generation of new business opportunities, Barga also highlights the importance of maintaining a visible presence at major international industry events.
“It is important for our customers to see that we remain active in the market. At the same time, trade shows like WindEnergy Hamburg are a valuable opportunity for procurement teams to discover new suppliers within the industry.”

An Increasingly Competitive Market
One of the key trends identified by the Barga team at this year’s event was the growing presence and competitiveness of Asian manufacturers, particularly companies from China.
Based on Barga’s experience at the trade show, these manufacturers’ ability to offer competitive lead times while maintaining strong quality standards is having an increasingly significant impact on the European wind energy supply chain.
This situation presents new challenges for European manufacturers and continues to fuel discussion around industrial competitiveness, supply chains and the role of European industrial policy in supporting the sector.
Next Stop: India
Barga Group’s international trade show activity will continue in India, a particularly important market for the company due to its manufacturing operations in the country.
The next event will provide another opportunity to develop new business relationships and identify projects that can support the continued growth of Barga Group’s manufacturing operations in India.
Attending international events such as WindEnergy Hamburg is part of Barga Group’s commitment to maintaining close relationships with key players across the industry while continuing to expand its network of customers and partners in the global wind energy sector.
