Hot-dip galvanizing is particularly well suited to steel components that require durable corrosion protection in outdoor, industrial and marine environments.
The process applies a zinc coating by immersing fabricated steel components in molten zinc, creating a metallurgically bonded protective coating that helps protect the underlying steel against corrosion.
Shot blasting is an abrasive surface preparation process used to remove rust, mill scale, previous coatings and other surface contaminants from metal components.
By propelling abrasive media against the metal surface at high velocity, the process creates a clean and consistent surface profile suitable for subsequent coating or painting operations when required by the project specification.
Industrial coating systems provide protective finishes tailored to the operating environment and technical requirements of each component.
Depending on the project specification, coating systems may include primers, intermediate coats and topcoats selected to provide the required level of corrosion protection, durability, color and visual identification.
