We work directly from customer-supplied engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs) and technical specifications to prepare complete, production-ready kits with all required components coordinated, verified and documented.
As part of our integrated manufacturing capabilities, kitting can be combined with precision metal cutting, metal forming, welding and metal finishing. This allows our customers to work with a single manufacturing partner from the initial engineering drawing to the delivery of a complete kit ready for final assembly.

Every kitting and light assembly project is configured around the customer’s specific requirements.
Depending on the project, level of integration and technical specifications, kits may include in-house fabricated metal components, fasteners, electrical components, safety equipment and technical assembly documentation.
The core of each kit consists of metal components manufactured in our facilities using our own cutting, forming, welding and metal finishing capabilities.
We coordinate the sourcing and inclusion of the fasteners, hardware, joining elements and auxiliary components required for final assembly.
These components can be sourced in coordination with the customer’s approved suppliers or through our qualified supplier network, depending on project requirements.
Depending on project requirements, kits can also include electrical components, access ladders, safety equipment, rubber components and adhesives, all coordinated and verified before delivery.
Each kit can include the technical documentation required to support assembly operations at the destination, helping reduce integration time and minimize errors during final assembly.
