We manufacture directly from customer-supplied engineering drawings using a range of metal forming processes, including CNC press brake forming, plate rolling, tube bending and metal stamping.
As part of our integrated manufacturing capabilities, metal forming can be combined with precision cutting, welding, metal finishing, assembly and kitting. This allows our customers to work with a single manufacturing partner from the initial drawing to the finished component.
Capabilities

Based on the material, part geometry, thickness, tolerances and production volume, we select the most appropriate forming method to achieve the required result while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and consistency throughout production.
CNC press brake forming is ideal for components that require high dimensional accuracy, defined bend angles and repeatable results.
Working directly from customer drawings, we manufacture formed components ready for subsequent welding, assembly or finishing operations.
Our CNC press brakes provide up to 320 tons of forming force, accommodate bend angles from 0° to 180°, and offer a maximum bending length of 6,000 mm (236 in.).
Plate rolling is used to manufacture components with curved geometries, continuous radii or rolled sections that cannot be produced through conventional press brake forming.
The process allows us to manufacture curved profiles, rolled sections and components with complex geometries while maintaining dimensional consistency throughout the production run.
Tube bending allows us to manufacture tubular components with precise directional changes while maintaining material integrity and the required tube dimensions throughout the bend.
The process is particularly suitable for tubular structures, piping components and frames that require controlled and repeatable bend radii.
Metal stamping is an efficient solution for manufacturing sheet metal components with defined geometries, holes, embossed features or other repeatable forms.
When the component design and production requirements are suited to stamping, the process offers high productivity while maintaining consistent results across larger production runs.
