Metal Forming Services

Precision Manufacturing from Your Engineering Drawings

Barga Group provides industrial metal forming services for companies that require dimensional accuracy, repeatability and reliable production.

We manufacture directly from customer-supplied engineering drawings using a range of metal forming processes, including CNC press brake forming, plate rolling, tube bending and metal stamping.

As part of our integrated manufacturing capabilities, metal forming can be combined with precision cutting, welding, metal finishing, assembly and kitting. This allows our customers to work with a single manufacturing partner from the initial drawing to the finished component.

Capabilities

Metal Forming Capabilities

Every project requires a different forming process.

Based on the material, part geometry, thickness, tolerances and production volume, we select the most appropriate forming method to achieve the required result while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and consistency throughout production.

CNC Press Brake Forming

CNC press brake forming is ideal for components that require high dimensional accuracy, defined bend angles and repeatable results.
Working directly from customer drawings, we manufacture formed components ready for subsequent welding, assembly or finishing operations.

Our CNC press brakes provide up to 320 tons of forming force, accommodate bend angles from 0° to 180°, and offer a maximum bending length of 6,000 mm (236 in.).

Advantages

  • Precise, repeatable bend angles
  • Maximum bending length of 6,000 mm (236 in.)
  • Up to 320 tons of forming force
  • High repeatability across production runs
  • Reduced material waste

Typical Applications

  • Platforms
  • Fencing and enclosures
  • Structural components
  • Metal enclosures
  • Welded assemblies

Plate Rolling

Plate rolling is used to manufacture components with curved geometries, continuous radii or rolled sections that cannot be produced through conventional press brake forming.

The process allows us to manufacture curved profiles, rolled sections and components with complex geometries while maintaining dimensional consistency throughout the production run.

Advantages

  • Continuous, consistent radii
  •  Complex curved geometries
  • Consistent results from part to part
  • Suitable for structural sections

Typical Application

  • Rolled sections
  • Tubular structures
  • Curved frames
  • Curved structural components
  • Industrial metal fabrication projects

Tube Bending

Tube bending allows us to manufacture tubular components with precise directional changes while maintaining material integrity and the required tube dimensions throughout the bend.

The process is particularly suitable for tubular structures, piping components and frames that require controlled and repeatable bend radii.

Advantages

  • Precise bends with controlled deformation
  • Maintains tube dimensional integrity
  • Repeatable results across production runs
  • Suitable for different diameters and materials

Typical Applications

  • Tubular structures
  • Frames and supports
  • Piping and flow-system components
  • Structural assemblies
  •  Metal fabrication projects

Metal Stamping

Metal stamping is an efficient solution for manufacturing sheet metal components with defined geometries, holes, embossed features or other repeatable forms.

When the component design and production requirements are suited to stamping, the process offers high productivity while maintaining consistent results across larger production runs.

Advantages

  • High production speed
  • Repeatable, consistent geometries
  • Efficient for higher-volume production
  • Consistent part-to-part results

Typical Applications

  • Formed components
  • Parts with defined geometries
  • Functional metal parts
  • Custom industrial components

Materials

Materials We Form

We work with the metals most commonly used in industrial manufacturing, engineering and metal fabrication projects.

  • Carbon Steel One of the most widely used materials in industrial manufacturing due to its strength, versatility and broad range of applications.
  • Stainless Steel Suitable for applications that require corrosion resistance, durability and reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
  • Aluminium A lightweight and versatile material with high corrosion resistance, particularly suitable for applications where reducing component weight is important.
